Christmas Angel Giving Tree
Each December, our Parish’s children (and their families) purchase new gifts (no violent toys or games) for less fortunate children, wrap them, mark them with “BOY” or “GIRL” and the appropriate age of the child (between 2 and 12 years old), place the gifts under the “Angel Tree, and put an “Angel” on the “Angel Tree.” Our Confirmation candidates pack the gifts for transport to the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Hell’s Kitchen on the West Side of Manhattan and/or the Church of St. Luke’s in the Bronx.
